About the role
Members of SEWA are constantly seeking new sources of livelihoods. They are now starting to build a homestay cooperative, starting from Almora and Ukhimath regions in Uttarakhand. The Associate will support the members in making this an enterprise, getting the first guests and then upscaling.
Responsibilities
- Assist in development of a new social enterprise – Homestays for women of Uttarakhand
- Coordinating setup of homestays, trainings of members
- Developing guest experience
- Digital marketing to get customers
- Managing daily bookings
