Role: Project Coordinator (Digital Beti).

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan


  • Project implementation in Jaipur, Rajasthan with activities like liasoning with local government officials, research and survey, stakeholder management, strategic planning
  • Coordination with state team and ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget;
  • Overall on-ground coordination and monitoring of project activities;
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation;
  • Training and capacity building of project staff;
  • Extensive collaboration and relationship management with third party institutions (government and private) as per project needs;
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation;
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques;


  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Science/Social Work/Development Studies is a must and  Master’s degree and work experience in the field is preferable
  • 3-4 years of experience in project management and leading diverse teams in co-located and remote locations;
  • Prior experience working with grassroots organizations on skill development, sustainable livelihoods and advocacy for women’s rights in rural and urban settings is preferred.

Required Skillset:

  • Project management;
  • Team management;
  • Monitoring and Evaluation of project activities;
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills; proficiency in both English and Hindi;
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  • Proven problem solving skills; ability to identify alternatives and make contingency plans;
  • Report writing.


The position is based out of Jaipur, Rajasthan but the candidate must be willing to travel to different states as per the project/ organization requirement and attend trainings/ events/ conferences outside of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
