Role: Grants Management- Associate.

About the role

The person will be responsible for keeping a check on the compliance of existing and new grants


  • Maintain a checklist of all grants across SEWA Bharat and make sure by collaborating with different program manager’s that the organization is compliant at all levels as per the requirements of the grant
  • Managing and supporting the grant requirement and implementation for the organization
  • Oversee if the grants are implemented according to the operational and financial needs of the organization
  • Research for effective and authentic funding opportunities having a lawful registration and proven track record


  • Strong command over written and verbal communication
  • Ability to perform in cross-functional team
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines and produce quality results on time

  • Willingness to travel as required
