On June 5th, our teams across India celebrated World Environment Day. From Delhi’s youth to agricultural and bidi workers in Bihar, SEWA Bharat’s members are committed to changing India’s future together. We all work together in shaping and improving our communities.
In Munger, Bihar, our members took to the streets and pledged to keep Munger clean by using trash receptacles and segregating waste at the household level.
Our youth program participants in Delhi celebrated World Environment Day through public acts of service and public awareness events last week. SEWA Bharat ensures a strong future for Delhi and India by investing in the future of its youth and in the environment. We are committed to a cleaner, more sustainable, and equal society and we are optimistic of this future led by our energetic, confident, and courageous youth!
